Bharat Ambulance provides medical transportation services, including emergency and non-emergency transfers, as well as specialized services such as cardiac patient transport and COVID-19 special transport. b. The availability of services is subject to operational constraints, including geographical coverage, vehicle availability, and local regulations. c. Bharat Ambulance reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on the assessment of our medical professionals.
Booking and Payment: a. All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our designated channels, including phone calls, online platforms, or authorized partners. b. Payment terms, including rates and payment methods, will be communicated during the booking process and are subject to the agreed-upon terms. c. In case of cancellations or changes to bookings, applicable policies and fees will be communicated and enforced accordingly.
Patient Responsibilities: a. Patients or their legal representatives must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including medical conditions, special requirements, and contact details. b. Patients must adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by our medical professionals during transportation, including safety protocols, positioning, and other necessary measures. c. Patients or their legal representatives are responsible for any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from the provision of false or incomplete information.
Liability and Insurance: a. Bharat Ambulance carries appropriate insurance coverage to protect against liabilities arising from the provision of medical transportation services. b. While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of patients during transportation, Bharat Ambulance shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances, accidents, delays, or events beyond our control. c. Patients or their legal representatives are responsible for their personal belongings during transportation, and Bharat Ambulance shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
Confidentiality and Privacy: a. Bharat Ambulance maintains strict confidentiality regarding patient information, adhering to applicable privacy laws and regulations. b. Patient information may be shared with authorized healthcare providers, insurance companies, or regulatory bodies as required for the provision of services, coordination of care, or legal obligations.
Amendments and Termination: a. Bharat Ambulance reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available through appropriate channels. b. Either party may terminate the provision of services with prior notice, subject to any applicable contractual obligations or legal requirements.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the agreement between Bharat Ambulance and the patient or their legal representatives. By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
